Create a strong and memorable password to you, but nearly impossible for someone else to guess.
Start with meeting the minimum requirements for login password/ePIN creation.
Do not create a password that:
- is particularly weak i.e. "123456"
- uses your personal information, such as your customer ID or contact number
- contains a single number
- is previously used to access the e-channels and/or on other sites
- starts or ends with zeroes
Note that Arabic letters, blank spaces, accents and special characters are not accepted.
